Cancellation made 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date:the deposited amount will be offered as a customer credit(*) to be used in a future opportunity. Subject to prior notice and availability of the accommodation.

Cancellation made between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days before check-in: 70% of the deposited amount will be retained by the accommodation as compensation; and the remaining 30% will be offered as customer’s credit (*) to be used in a future opportunity, upon prior notice and availability of the accommodation .

Cancellation made within fifteen (15) days before check-in or No Show:the deposited amount will be fully retained by the accommodation as compensation and if the guest does not show up within 24 hours after the start of the reservation, the remaining period will be called off.
